What does everyone have planned for their winnings ?

As I secretly bet under a few alternate, or sockpuppet accounts and proxies, I am looking forward to getting paid well over 5,000 BTC.

So now your story changes.

Trolling I'm guessing...

Why can't I change my story ? I just want to get paid. I never even had the funds to cover the bet(s) in the first place....lol

You are talking to the wrong crowd. Perhaps you should go talk to Pirateat40. I'm sure he can help you. Not sure if he will though.

Is it stated anywhere how long the losing side has to complete payments?

No. Technically he could lose the bet and not pay anything for a hundred years  Smiley

This audio interview pretty much gives intuition on when he is going to pay. He even says it that he's not going to screw anybody over and will pay if he loses. Right he doesn't say exactly when but the whole point of a bet is to be paid within a reasonable amount of time.  Even in his original bet thread he says those who don't pay will get a scammer tag and report etc etc etc.

Fuck it, why not. Apparently hashking and imsaguy have defaulted and will take 3 years to repay.

WTF ? Did they state that on the forum ?

I seriously can't keep up with all the info tidbits on a daily basis around here.
This 'Pirate thing' is going to deal a serious blow to the community in the end....as I fear it's far from over, as more and more stones keep getting overturned daily, revealing new 'truths' to previous speculation.

This makes me sick.

What does everyone have planned for their winnings ?

As I secretly bet under a few alternate, or sockpuppet accounts and proxies, I am looking forward to getting paid well over 5,000 BTC.

Did you trick matthew? lol  Smiley

No, I am just messing around. I like Matthew alot and I admire him trying to shut everyone up. I just wish the cost wasn't so great, as people in this community have lost enough money over the situation as a whole. it sucks that he's putting the funds up that he has, after the fact.

From my limited understanding since they broke their contract rules they will still get the scammers tag.

They should yes. Although leeway has been given in the past for people who appeared to making good faith efforts to make good on their obligations (3 years is a little unreasonable though), and I don't know all the details, don't keep up with those threads. Someone should still make a thread in scammer accusations and present everything to be reviewed.
