Does Spectrocoin allow 2-way transactions for debit cards like E-coin? I've been using E-coin for a while, but they've been having too many problems recently.

Do you mean 2 way transactions like if you get a refund to the card, the balance is back on the card like the transaction never happened? Interesting, never knew Bitcoin debit cards offered this. Might you use a little more now, knowing I'm safe if I need an refund.
