Virtual card is a card that is used in online transactions only, like e-shopping,etc. But a physical card is just like atm/ credit / debit card that is used by swiping it at stores near you. Getting a physical card involves shipping charges but virtual card doesn't (just a smal one timel registration charge). |

One more question:
You said 0% loading fee, that is true BUT I found that the exchange rate NOT same as market rate, there are 1% difference from exchange rate, Is that true?
