I carry very less cash with me. As cash involves risk of getting stolen so i prefer to carry credit card and make the payment by using credit as my credit card is very secured and its lifetime free and i can also earn some points by swapping it and can redeem those points in buying some stuff.

I carry atleast $20 to $25 with me for basic expenses and rest the work is done by my credit card with some extra ordinary features. Credit card is the best mode of payment at present its acceptable everywhere and you get rid of carrying cash with you which might be risky sometimes.

Hey, where I'm at anyone of age can open carry (if it's visible it's good) or after taking a safety course and getting a permit concealed carry (hidden inside clothing)

I usually take enough to buy whatever I need to buy. If I go to buy groceries it's about $50 - 20 and I almost never carry more than $30. When I want to buy something big I take my card not cash.

I had ~$160 in my wallet. Removed enough to get it well under $100.

Had I lost my wallet I'd have been double screwed.

I also took out my debit card, don't have much in that account but again, debit cards are super dangerous.
My credit card also. No need to carry that around in my case.

I assume different people with different tendencies and risk assessments will carry varying amounts of cash on them.
I also assume that BTC, and credit cards can eliminate nearly all the risks with having cash, valuable shit, etc on you for transactions but cash is still king.

I'm used to have 20US$ - 50US$ in local fiat currency in my wallet; this because, I rely mostly to Credit & Debit cards for my shopping habits.

Texas?

That doesn't describe the current or near-future state of Texas' Jim Crow "gun control" laws.

I am from Macedonia, and our economy is not so great. So the prices are not so big so i don't see why i should carry more than 500 denars or around 10 dollars  in my wallet when i go out. It is a decent sum of walking around money Tongue
