I do not know if you can help but my universalcurrency wallet is always offline. It will not stake or recieve any coins i have mined. I was told to put in the conf. file " addnode=103.22.181.2 ". There was no file so I created it with notepad but my wallet is still offline.

Trust me on this one, my wallet will not connect to the web. I live in england, could this have something top do with it. Is there a chance the wallet isn't detecting the conf file?
