Doesn't the game automatically get redeemed on the account when you gift it to another user?

You'll probably need to offer more in collateral because if you default on the loan, the lender will only be able to sell the cs:go gift but definitely not at full retail price of $15. There are a few people here who sell CS:GO gift for half the price.
