Is there interest in this community to have a physical agent travel to the alleged location of pirateat40?

I would be willing to drive there and stay for up to a week, performing any legal service on behalf of those who might finance this. This could include knocking on doors of known business associates, friends, and family of Mr. Shavers; communication with local law enforcement; live status updates of my findings on a public and/or private site per the terms of my client(s); etc.

Again, any legal service - I know my rights and their limits. I don't mind being an ass to someone for pay, but I'm not willing to break any kneecaps.

Cost for this would be 100 BTC to travel there and back, plus 75 BTC per day. Each day would include 14 hours of tracked time working proportionally on behalf of my client(s), inclusive of travel time, dining, etc.

I believe I could do this as early as next week, but would need to move quickly to make the necessary arrangements.

Finally, respective of the nature of the events that may have made such a service necessary, I am willing to make myself personally known and accountable to anyone willing to contribute 50 BTC or more. Further, should a single client or a combination of several clients fund my visit in advance for 5 days, I will post a bond payable to them through a recognized insurance company in the state of Arkansas.

At this point, I'm just curious if there is interest. This sort of thing would involve not only substantial disruption of my life, but also a non-zero risk of retribution. 475 BTC for a week of work (minus expenses) seems like a bargain for that, to me - but it would also provide capital for some other projects I would like to be able to get off my plate.

I'm sorry, did I post this in the wrong area?

I didn't invest in it at all; I recognized it for what it was: unsustainable. I'm just curious now if there is interest in the community in this specific service.

I've seen your posts, and there are quite a lot of people investigating him.

Are you physically present in the DFW area?

Ah, im sorry then, thought you are the victim.

Anyway, most of the threads nowadays are about pirate, which is annoying especially that (almost) everybody knew long ago that this wont end well. Thats why i quoted Gavin.

Nah, I'm just looking for novel ways to make some coin. This seemed like something that someone might pay for, but that I've not seen anyone offer.

I think it would be pretty awesome to become the "Dog the Bounty Hunter of Bitcoin". I don't have a mullet, though.

The hooker might be fun, but it won't get some poor sap's 5k BTC back from pirate. It might make him not care for a while, but it won't recover it.

Let's get physical, physical.
I wanna get physical, let's get into physical...

I would be willing to drive there and stay for up to a week, performing any legal service on behalf of those who might finance this. This could include knocking on doors of known
business associates, friends, and family of Mr. Shavers; communication with local law enforcement; live status updates of my findings on a public and/or private site per the terms
of my client(s); etc.
kudos to your honorable agenda but we already have a famous in(ve)stigator availiable .

Again, any legal service - I know my rights and their limits. I don't mind being an ass to someone for pay, but I'm not willing to break any kneecaps.
Trendon Shaver , is that you?

Cost for this would be 100 BTC to travel there and back, plus 75 BTC per day. Each day would include 14 hours of tracked time working proportionally on behalf of my client(s),
inclusive of travel time, dining, etc.
do not hesitate to go for 'half-a-brain's' bitcoinonehundred: 1BTC1oo1J3MEt5SFj74ZBcF2Mk97Aah4ac, could be the best investment you've ever made

I believe I could do this as early as next week, but would need to move quickly to make the necessary arrangements.

Finally, respective of the nature of the events that may have made such a service necessary, I am willing to make myself personally known and accountable to anyone willing to
contribute 50 BTC or more. Further, should a single client or a combination of several clients fund my visit in advance for 5 days, I will post a bond payable to them through a
recognized insurance company in the state of Arkansas.

At this point, I'm just curious if there is interest. This sort of thing would involve not only substantial disruption of my life, but also a non-zero risk of retribution. 475 BTC
for a week of work (minus expenses) seems like a bargain for that, to me - but it would also provide capital for some other projects I would like to be able to get off my plate.

What are the rates for locally based, licensed private investigators?

Also, would you be willing to appear in court in the event that criminal or civil proceedings eventuate in respect of pirate's activities?

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

If pirate decides to run away and not pay anything at all, I think you'd easily get momentum for your idea..

I don't know why there's a dogpile against OP. He's offering a service at a price. Buy/Don't Buy. But why the negativity?

Anyone with a campaign ad in their signature -- for an organization with which they are not otherwise affiliated -- is automatically deducted credibility points.

I've been convicted of heresy. Convicted by a mere known extortionist. Read my Trust for details.
