Idk if this is the right board for this kind of thing, but even though you found someone who is willing to help you in this case, it is highly probable for you to get your coins back. Addresses and tx id won't help you identify a person.

It doesn't matter how many transactions it had prior to this mate, in case you don't know bitcoin transactions are irreversible and the moment them funds went into his/ers wallet they was gone. They are not going to return them because you ask nicely or say how it was heading to charity they do not care. You could offer them 2btc and they would still keep the 4btc, they went to the trouble of stealing them didn't they. Sorry though OP can't be nice, how did you get hacked to begin with? Is your computer still compromised? Also this should be moved to the service section, find it down in the left corner. EDIT: (Actually that I am not sure where it should be thinking about it) lol more than likely service.

Looks like there are a bit of a transaction history.... so auditing could be done. In most of these cases the hacker sends it to a single use address and then it goes to the mixers. Once it's there, it's gone forever. Did you identify your weakpoints? If not, it will happen again... so cover the holes. I use Treazor for online transactions and all the other coins goes to cold storage. {You might consider the same thing} Sorry to hear about your loss..

If you are dealing with bitcoin, you should have already know that it is irreversible and it doesnt matter if it is laundered through mixer or not and if you check on the TX ID you can see that Relayed by IP Blockchain.info
Which means the IP of the person is unknown. Even if his IP is known, there are a little chance that you might find the guy that stole your bitcoin. Hope this server as a lesson for you

There is no authority to reverse anything or force anyone to do anything. There is, bitundo.com gives you an opportunity to get your coins back, but the transaction can only be reversed if it haven't got any confirmations, which in this case, has more than 3 confirmations unfortunately.

Relayed by ip: Blockchain.info - does this not mean that the hacker's IP has been relayed by a provider known to Blockchain.info?
Yes, definitely next time I ask money to paperwallet directly.
I can raise the bar, if a part of the money is returned, as long as I'm not running on a loss just to prove a point.

Sure if nothing is confirmed nothing has happened yet. Not really reversing anything just stopping somethign from happening. And i would not consider bitundo.com (whatever the fuck that is) as an authority on anything lol. Lets not lose ourselves in useless details. MY statement remains true.

Well, now we know the address. The next time this address pays something, it can be reminded to return my money. In the event it does so, I'll send a thank you note, and even some money back. If the hacker returns the money, I won't press charges. I've only made the hacker famous.

"Relayed by ip" is the ip of the node that relayed the transaction to blockchain.info. It is not the originating node. However, in this case since the relaying node is blockchain.info, it must have originated there, and that means that the thief probably logged into your account to steal the bitcoins.

I never heard of Bitundo until yesterday when someone else said they had btc stolen. But someone posted that it didn't work: Wow! Interesting share! Have you ever tried this site? I don't think its legit! I will try it right now and edit this post No. I have never tried. I'd be interested in your feedback as well... It doesn't work The last "Next" button doesn't work no matter how much you click it or how hard you click it

Wait, but why the 'hacker' stole only 4 bitcoin and not 'all the bitcoin', because I've checked the *transaction and a change/rest of 0.02883142 BTC returned to the input address (1JEBDTC8opFTiUmM19J1NY8D8h57rF7bgE). * https://blockchain.info/it/tx/4582dce49c12800cf78fdadec7b700c329e2e28629d3de770f8f2a3af60dae1f

all those losses makes me believe that it wasn't a good idea to have your own bank with bitcoin, these people really needs to store their money in a regular bank, and not in bitcoin
anyway you should report to the authorities(if they could ever do something...), not to us

Well, at least the intention is good. The hacker should only return stolen funds. The funds were sent by Mariano Bolaños our startup's co-founder yesterday from his company wallet to my regular purse. I was supposed to spend it on expenses to produce the documentary. The documentary is supposed to be supported by CoinCongress San Francisco and http://serygroup.com and include an episode where we install Bitcoin ATM's in developing countries. If the hacker only is poor and needs some money, he can keep a part. But he should know that he is stealing out of the pockets of other people who also are in need. Thank you.
