Just finished: http://btc-alert.appspot.com/

I'm going long of course, but I'm just curious about current price and checking bitcoincharts.com too much...
So there's app for dealing with such problems Wink

Doesn't seem to be working properly.

"BTC price at Mt.Gox is smaller than 8.0$ (9$)"

Looks like you are on bitcoin-alert.appspot.com
At first there was "bitcoin-alert.appspot.com", but now I've
moved to btc-alert.appspot.com which have that bug fixed.
So please move to that second one.

This is amazing. I can't belive it !
I started 20 min ago developing my own app with google app engine ! Then I googled it ... and I've found this! Is exactly the same I had in my mind ! Wink Hey if you'd like we can join and make it opensource, better and with more services... If you are interested in please mail me at leg@lize.it !

A stupid question : will it send me an email, even if I closed the page or it must stay connected to the app?

Yes, it will send when page is closed. Server is checking price every 2min and mail all alerts after.
Keep opened page somewhere only if you want to use "play sound" option.

This is all I wanted - just to fill that little gap in bitcoin projects Wink
