Here's what has happened so far:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=39591.80

Recap: Withdrawl attempts from bitjack21.com have gone unpaid for almost a week.  No responses to e-mails, PM's, and one post of "I'm confused, who needs what now?" by Andrew Bitcoiner in the bitjack21 thread.  Total withdrawl attempt was over 133 btc. If any of the mods need more evidence, I can produce it.  I took screenshots of the e-mails, withdrawl screen, etc. in the off chance that something like this would happen.  Bottom line: Don't deposit anything at bitjack21.com, you won't be able to withdraw anything.

EDIT: Payouts have been happening, potentially not a scammer

EDIT AGAIN: He deleted my bitjack21.com account which had over 260btc left in it.  No communication, I was going to sell my account to hedge against him not paying out at all and he deleted it.

This scammer owns also BitcoinAdvertisers.com/BitcoinAdvertising.com and have rejected many payments to its publishers, as well as distributed defamation against his competitors!

Slander the hell out of this guy until he either pays out or pulls his sites and goes and hides under a rock.

I don't think slander means what you think it means.

I'm trying to be nice but I'm secretly a troll. I want to say mean things but I also want money. You aren't going to make me think I'm like Rain Man and make me think I'm awesome at blackjack for two days while I win like 60 BTC, then take my other bitcoins I lost after you said I'd get winnings. So yeah, locking threads and no communication and ponzi scheme casinos and slanderous shit makes the dude a scammer in my book unless he throws bitcoins at me. I will begin trolling 9-13-12 in full force unless my demands are met. Whip up a small low orbit ion cannon and DDOS the guy or something.

Why wait? It's not like he has any other deadline to miss. He done fucked up son.

I like how andrew bitcoiner is ignoring the thread for 2 weeks now, and the admins still haven't taken action.

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

He doesn't care, I have been threadshitting on every post he makes, pretty sure he has me on ignore by now.  Mods around here seem to be slow to act.  I seriously doubt he will care if he gets a scammer tag or not, he gets plenty of web traffic on his site without advertising here.

No but there is enough actual evidence that slander and libel are not necessary. Everyone involved should just submit what they have on him and hopefully the mods will see it and handle it.

How is a moderator going to tell another website owner to pay you?

Doesnt work like that man, moderators are not gods - unfortunately.

Yeah, but the mods can hand out a scammer tag to warn other members. I am not looking to the mods to get my money back for me.

I asked him to even put the 49 BTC back in my account so I can play with it or slowly withdraw to no use.

There isn't any hope for a scammer tag for this fuck.  Might as well forget you had that btc, I know I have given up a long time ago, I just like to make noise.

Well, I understand your position, but how many reports of BTC not being paid out do you need before a "community consensus" is reached?  He's not paying out on his advertiser platform either.  With dozens of people reporting failed payouts, I would think the onus would be on him to prove his innocence.

How do you normally verify that scamming has occurred?

He doesn't need to prove his innocence. Someone needs to prove his guilt. I don't want to spend my time investigating it, so someone else will need to collect the evidence.

Lots of people complaining is not reason enough?

No.

You're obviously taking sides because he's a Hero Member.
If he was a newbie he already had the scammer tag a long time ago...

But nevermind, the time will take care of this.
