Escrow's okay, but you pay the fee.
The HEX4M crunches 400GH/s @ 1w/gh or you can undervolt and downclock to 0.7w/gh. The top heatsinks are not included, although I've heard that it works fine with lga1155 intel coolers.
Always use escrow. OgNasty is pretty sweet.

Help me out with compiling a list of mining datacenters!

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
