It's difficult to keep track of my accounts on Bitcointalk. I keep a spreadsheet containing usernames and passwords but some way to organize these accounts and keep them under one "super-account" might be a good idea.

Google supports this. Outlook.com too.

Why dont you use a password manager like lastpass?
