ChangeTip launched a new tipping feature on SoundCloud that allows the users of the online audio distribution platform to tip musicians using Bitcoin. The digital platform, used to send and receive payments or tips instantly, used SoundCloud’s open API (application program interface) to build the new tipping option after receiving numerous requests from users. The feature works thanks to the company’s Tip.Me widget...

That's pretty cool. I hope changetip are actively involved in trying to get different sites to accept bitcoin via them. I think bandcamp another similar site would be wise to accept btc too, hopefully not just through changetip but as a proper payment option since they sell a lot of music for independent artists.

Bow down, bitches.

I wonder if changetip will really be charging 1% withdrawal fee starting June 15.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

Just when I thought ChangeTip is dead, they come up with something new. We have to value our artist, without them the world will become boring and dull. ^HeH^
I also hope bitcointalk and Facebook would include a tip widget for tipping. It would help to increase more constructive content. They should have a option to take money, when content is disliked, and you would see a lot less crap on the internet.  Shocked

ChangeTip is far away from being dead.
I recommend to listen to the following podcast...http://www.bitcoin.kn/2015/03/btck-143-2015-03-16/

Good to hear. I think changetip is very good for adoption and gets others interested in bitcoin.

I wonder if changetip will really be charging 1% withdrawal fee starting June 15.

Why not? I think 1% is acceptable for most of their users.

Yeah, very reasonable. They've got to make their money somehow. How much are they charging currently?
