i invested at btc-i24.com and it has been a very long time since i visited their website
may i know if they are just experiencing error?
or are they gone forever?

search btc-i24.com on bitcointalk.org you would find plenty of posts describing how users got scammed by them, e.g.

there.
Also, you should
remind the following for your future investments:
1. Always look for your investments (at least daily), never forget about them;
2. Never invest in Ponzies or any other fraud scheme.
