Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I think you'll find some traders of Paypal to BTC on localbitcoins and I believe Virwox also exchanges paypal to btc, but not sure.

You may also find some members who buy paypal on this forum also, so open a thread in the currency exchange section or move this one there, although paypal is not a favorable currency as it can be charged back.

I use virwox (PayPal > SLL Linden > Bitcoin) - probably the only secure way. however, there are fees involved.

Is there any exchanger that offer to convert currency paypal to bitcoin?

Apart from the suggestions above some forum members will sell btc for Paypal with fees normally about 7.5% - 10% above bitstamp.

They will only usually trade with established members with good trust so your status and lack of trust will go against you.

Take a look in the currency exchange section they normally advertise there: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

What country are you from? If you tell us this we can help you find an exchange that will be much cheaper to buy at.  I suggest setting up a checking account just for BTC and sign up with a good exchange.

Paypal can be disputed so high price as most don't want to sell for it.    Low supply as far as people doing it.

They have really high fees that discourage many buyers. Personally, I think it'd be better to find a member who doesn't charge too many fees and buy from him.

Not a big fan of paypal. Buying with paypal is much better than selling with paypal though.
