It clearly needs more involvement. More and more enthusiastic users should contribute to this tech world. Which will enlarge the community as well as clear out the problems of investments.

That's true. Cryptoworld needs involvement and participation not only from the society but also from the government and the banking systems. Many of them are not aware about the bitcoin so they hesitate in participation and accepting it as a currency and many hesitate in learning new things.

it's simple really, you need to raise the price, and don't say the price does not matter because otherwise there would not be all these thread about adoption, mainstream, bitcoin need this need that and whatsoever....

You dont need to raise the price because it is not everything about the price. It is more about mass adoption because if you think that if the price raise than it will raise the adoption then you are wrong because the price raising will not attract people for adoption, it will attract more traders to dump it for profit

not really, it will surely attract new fishes that want to join the wave(the same thing happened with the 1200peak otherwise one could not explain why many bought at 1200...), also attracting more traders mean that they will buy and thus raising again the price

I think we need a way to stop the scams the most, I don't know how it would be done but people need trusted exchanges/businesses etc that can be trusted so that they can use bitcoins to trade and earn more.

People don't like the idea of buying a crypto currency and just holding it, they want to do something with and right now there aren't too much options, I mean everyday I read people asking, where should they invest? And either they fall trap for so called Cloud mining companies, exchanges, or Ponzis.

It cant be stop because bitcoin is not regulated in most places. This means that we cant get goverment to help us stop the scams or the other things. The scams is done by bad individual and it does not make bitcoin bad .Some people though bitcoin is bad because many people use it for bad things

scams in general will never go away. scammers will always find ways to steal money or bitcoins. the only thing you can do about it is to research the people you do business with to reduce the chance of being scammed.

More useful services that work only for bitcoin and not fiat, like micro tipping or gambling platforms.  Also things like open bazaar which imagine if it took off and became as big as ebay, bitcoin would become extremely handy and popular because of this.

We need people to trust the technology and for developers and programmers to develop the other features, like Smart contracts.
The Blockchain has so much more to offer, and we just concentrate on the currency.

They already have their own version of the blockchain and its not working.
The reason Bitcoin is working is because is decentralized, take that away and you've got fiat.

The 'cryptoworld' or bitcoin only needs one thing now: adoption. Adoption by more people, more merchants and more industries. Once that happens bitcoin will have finally gone mainstream.

Less of these altcoins would be better. The more there is the more people get confused on which coin is better and eventually does nothing good in terms of helping bitcoin reputation. If only there is a way to block off these coins for good. I think we are talking about trust and the confidence we need to instill to tell people bitcoin is the alt currency.

we must raise the public awareness through social media or using different of channels to get notice about crypto currency, if we succeed to get mass adoption in coming years than crypto currency will be like normal fiat but it is more secure and fast payment method than, i think that kind of awareness can bring good result about crypto world.

While companies like Dell, Overstock, Apple, etc. are taking interest and many of them are already involved in the same, there is still lack of interest in people.

We need to find that what is the reason behind that, then we might be able to get it to mainstream.

Time. We need to wait for our time. People are not ready for cryptocurrency right now and we need to develop network, fix problems, upgrade code and educate people about wonders of cryptocurrencies and how they are better than standard FIAT. Bitcoin with its volatility, confirmation times and unfortunate bad press is not good as global currency right now but in time we can change it.

They are here already and they are a very small group (example: the Free State Project started in 2001 and only needed 20k people to sign up. They haven't met their quota in 14 years of trying lol). Figure out a way for my neighbor to need/want to use Bitcoin when he runs down to Sears to buy a new lawnmower or a set of tires. Get fast food restaurants worldwide to give a discount for Bitcoin use. Get major oil companies to retrofit gas pumps to accept Bitcoin same as cash because credit cards sometimes cost more at the pump. Make people use it every day.

I agree, but I think the big question is why would your neighbor use it as sears? I think it's probably going to be seen as sort of a geeky underground currency for the foreseeable future, though I hope some big real world stores accept it so we've at least got some place to spend it as it doesn't cost them anything to deal with it.
