yes but the whole point of someone taking over a coin is to make the coin last but not revive for a few seconds. if a coin just needed just promotion there would be way more coins than there are now. its obvious bagholders want to just dump on others thus the reason for so called takeover

Actually he is right. How do you want to take over a coin, without having a know-how and not being able to control dev's share of the coins?
The question about your motivation is valid. Why talking about takeover, if you may start a completely new, unbiased project from scratch?
Especially that EQM did not provide anything brand new up to now. It was just another p&d clone.
