youre right, no matter how much you think you are smart and can defeat the house. you happen to be blind in betting and get the beating of your life everytime.
gambling is a very vicious circle. once youre in you gotta take a very bad trip to get out. still some people dont get out even tho.
many of the people i saw in casinos have lost millions in gambling but that doesnt dissuade them.

one guy once told me : i have gambled about $3m.. dont ask me how i got the money, i dont know myself. it just appeared and i lost thousands after thousands over the course of years in casinos.

@OP,
Please refer to this site: http://www.gamblersanonymous.org/ga/ if you find yourself helpless to leave gambling...

Hollywood was used to push this organization in the early days and from the amount of people that spit it out,I would say they did a great job.
What is the success rate of this organization? Why do they have a need to push religion if its all about getting people better? I suggest anyone thinking of checking out a meeting look into the history as well.
Lets get the ball really going...Would you suggest Scientology to a friend that was lacking purpose?

But the OP was actually not looking for such an advice that you gave, he said gambling's taking him out...
So, it was what I thought to be the best option he might be having, which is why I suggested it as my opinion...

first invest a little quantity of btc. then take half of the portion of the profit and invest it again . similarly keep on investing only the half of the profit and save the other half.

I have also tried my luck with gambling but never win. Most of the gambling sites are scams and not provabully fair better to avoid gambling.

I already gave my advice,my response was so that he could see that the organization you mentioned may not be the best.
If I got edgy with you I am sorry, just really sour on them. The fact they have no room for gray should be all you need to know.

@ OP

Go sit in your local casino's parking lot and watch who goes in. I did this a well back when I was waiting in between jobs and it was a eye opener.
The cars where beat up,the people where beat up and it was obvious some had some serious life issues, health wise and mentally. The poor man chases well the rich man saves and plots his rise.

If you want to make money gambling, you need to own a casino.

There will always be temptations offered to us for a price that will do us harm.  Making the correct choice is just part of life.

it is not even 1 year since i have been introduced to bitcoin and i have already lost 1+ btc in gambling with not much profit, as whatever big or less profit i used to get i used to invest it again in gambling.

hey guys you all here are old bitcoin studs, please suggest me how to resist the impulsive nature to not put my money on stake, and how you guys manage to stop at that point when you think that im done and i shouldnt stake much as i will lose everything..

how to feel that point that its enough for today.. Undecided
Trading would be more apt for you. Although there is still risk involved. Just keep asking yourself before investing, can you afford to lose it, before you risk it.

ahh the most important thing is to admit that you are addicted and start doing something with it..it can completely ruin your life. if you feel yourself that it is problem and you even created thread about you here...maybe will be better to visit some addiction specialist and start doing on it.

sending BTC to some other guy is just temp solution - if you are addicted you will the the way how to get other btc and start again.

Most newbies who attempt trading will end up losing money. Trading isn't really that much different from skill-based gambling (in fact, I would categorize it as a subset of such). Come to think of it, it could be even worse depending on how much experience you have because someone who gambles on a dice site does so on a more even playing field and at least has a decent shot at making a profit (since there is only the house edge to worry about) whereas someone who goes into trading without any prior experience would be automatically disadvantaged against those who have far more experience than them.

On the plus side, cryptos are a good way to learn about trading as well since there is a far lower barrier to entry and you can trade with amounts that would be impossible to trade with on non-crypto platforms (although the existence of practice accounts negates this benefit somewhat). In any case, anyone who is seriously interested in trading for profit should do a lot of research, pick up a few books about the subject, and get themselves acquainted with technical analysis methods beforehand.
