Is possible for implementing player to player raffles tramsfer?

I don't think that should be needed, should it? The only case I could see this working would be for players to sell tickets to one another, but that would detract from BB's pool.

I thinking if have multi account can stack tickets for one account maybe bigger chance win raffles.

Exactly, your chance to win the raffle (if there is one prize only) = number of tickets you have allocated / total number of tickets every players have allocated. Splitting your tickets to a few different accounts doesn't help at all.
And btw, Betterbets mentioned in the past (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1065847.msg12607593#msg12607593) that they have a plan to make raffle tickets tradable.

I spent the last few days fixing/implementing some things on the backend which are invisible to users to are needed for our admin backend and for future plans. The math of the new game is slowly but surely progressing and I hope to have that completed this week. Also, there's another surprise in the works which will hopefully materialize within the next 2 weeks or so. So a bunch of stuff is going on + Bjorn has been dreaming up some big things which will hopefully get done by years end. So lots of things are happening.
