I have a problem for playing today (everything worked well before) The error message says for all games. I am recognized as connected and my balance is positive. So what can I do? Look for a button near the app you are trying to enter, it needs to be clicked 'enable' and then you should be ok to enter. If this is not the problem PM us we'll get you set right. I did find an "enable" button from moneypot interface and it indeed worked. Thank you for your help |

What happened to everyone btw? is it that you are unable to type in the chatbox or that the apps was disabled automatically? If it is the former then so far only yahoo reported that issue and if it is the later then YES it happened to everyone due to the false alarm from Moneypot. For safety precautions it seems Ryan disabled the apps from all players to do some checking yesterday and turns out that it is only a false alarm, sorry for the inconvenience  |

There isnt any notification that the application is disabled automatically due to some reason therefore most people dont know about it as most will only go to BetterBets directly instead of checking Moneypot first (which would be neat if there are some notification in our moneypot's dashboard). But seems that betterbets will only keep the raffle as usual "one winner" Yep, I had requested that as I'm more of a "I'd rather win some of a little than a lot of nothing" mindset. That said, it really just affects variance, theoretically (i.e., you will win less often with just one winner, but when you win, you win a lot more). |
