Much worse is ignoring it and just say " sorry we will fix it " without even compensating anything. Some other sites even take a few days to address a concern raised which involving a missing funds from the player, clearly this is not ethical as a PR / admin should address a concern as fast as possible

According to my calculation that he should be atleast at 1,000-1,050 BTC wagered, take or give a few of it and even if it is incorrect then he should be sitting at less than 100BTC wagered to get the silver platinum. It was so close to bjorn's record, but it was a great multiplier. Too bad for me, my best so far is just x4.2 
The only thing that make me sad is that when I dropped too many plinkos, it was so slow to go down. Need to wait at least 15minutes to finish, is this because my low PC specifications or because my connection?

Your bet is placed the very instant you click on "Let it drop", the animation is really just there to give the entire process some (visual) excitement. There are ways around this but they would really complicate the code and not be 100% foolproof without adding even more complex code. I'm a big fan of KISS (Keep it Simple, Stupid) and would like to keep our system as KISS-friendly as possible because this typically results in performant and stable code.

Ok here is the breakdown, we have a promotion called Cashback club, it is built into our casino and runs every single week. This promotion takes the normal Cashback Club and grants even more than the already generous bonus. Here is the breakdowns:

Silver VIP = 1000 BTC wagered volume
Pays out: 2.75 BTC (normally 2 btc)

Gold VIP = 2000 BTC wagered volume
Pays out: 5.50 BTC (normally 4 btc)

Platinum VIP = 3000 BTC wagered volume
Pays out: 8 BTC
(normally 6 btc)

Right now these bonuses are for one player only as each VIP event award is hit. However, if more players achieve these volumes they will still get the normal Cashback club bonuses. So for Platinum VIP you still get 6 BTC if someone beats you to the bonus promotion. Good luck, we've had several players hit Cashback each week and we pay out every Sunday. Cashback rewards are shown in your account tab as they are earned.
