It seems to me that there ia no relation between the current downtime and moneypot. Moneypot has been live and running now , you can check it on the other site e.g https://www.moneypot.com/apps/926-bit-exo. Something to do with betterbets isnt connected to the new websocket according to pseudo-random's post

Ps : im just making example, not trying to promote bit exo

Thank you all for your patience, we simply needed to reconnect to the new API and our team was not all available due to time zones when Moneypot came out of maintenance.

Hey guys.

I just got back from my personal leave.

I usually handle support issues, but I had a death in the family and have been occupied all week as the hosting family.  

I'm getting caught up on everything now and will release a more formal statement later, but first, I can tell you these things:

All funds are safe.

All deposits will be credited (I will see to it that it will all be handled today).

I will be contacting every single person that has reached out to us over the last few days.

We will find a way to make this right and will graciously credit our players once this is all patched up.

I will be on pretty much 20 hours of the day working on this.

Now then, MP will be down until tomorrow. I was notified that we should be up and running 100% tomorrow. We found the issue and just need to employ some fixes (a big part of which deals with the BTC client). Again, no funds have been lost, and we apologize for the delay.

We're currently moving servers around to provide a better balance and making sure that all the accounts are properly credited / not credited.  No immediate timetable, but we're working hard on it right now.

Barring unforeseen catastrophes, everything should be back to normal today.
