Hey guys! Im really new to bitcoin!

Ive got CGminer and have it working fine for the last few days!!!

However when i connect to this server: stratum+tcp://mint.bitminter.com:3333

Cgminer keeps repeating itself  "Pool 0 difficulty has changed to 16" and it has stopped mining! any help or ideas please?!

you should check the diff in that pool, se if it can be changed, 16 is rejected because it is too low i guess, try 128

The miner doesnt stop Mining. The difficult / share rise up only. your miner take more time for one share. thats all.

That normally doesn't mean that your equipment has stopped mining, just that the pool is changing the difficulty level that your hardware is mining at.  What hardware are you using?

Sounds to me like you don't have any mining hardware. Hint: Your computer doesn't mine, it controls mining hardware you connect to it. Read up about ASICs and bitcoin mining.
