Suggestions To Improve User Experience

https://bleutrade.com/

After trading for a few months on the Bleutrade Cryptocurrency Exchange, I would like to propose the following suggestions to improve the user experience:

? HELP | HELP & KNOWLEDGEBASE

Add more info on adding new coins. Add a link regarding "How to add new coins" + detailed info.

TRADING

Constantly have to refresh. I have to constantly “refresh” the screen when cancelling a trade in order to make another one – can you make this automatic?
“My Orders” under my name and “My Open Orders” under the exchange do not remain in sync – if I remove/delete an order under “My Open Orders” it does not remove it from “My Orders” immediately – very frustrating – have to refresh constantly to remove  orders.

MARKETS

Scrolling through coins. Cannot find markets quickly - introduce the capability to select "Favourite markets" instead of losing time scrolling in the list.
“Blue Chip” market. Introduce “Blue Chip” market for few select top rated coins e.g  BTC, LTC, DOGE, BLEU, DASH, ETH etc to stay on top of list.

MARKET INFO [24H]

Container too long.  Rather increase the MARKETS container.
Do this by putting the info next to each other, like so:
Change:  0.00%   Last: 0.00000001
Bid: 0.00000000  Ask: 0.00000001
High: 0.00000001 Low: 0.00000001

CHATBOX

Make ChatBox taller.  Not tall enough - too cramped - have to constantly scroll to see past posts.
Remove/hide “Online” column. Showing who’s online should be optional – too cramped - too busy.

Overall a very professional exchange - well done!

An excellent overall review of the site. I agree on 99%
I would ask; what browser you are using ?
I use Chromium on Ubuntu 15.10 and do not experience the issue you described below.

For me the changes did occur after about a 2-3 sec delay.

You have the worst support ever! I have tried a lot of times to get in touch with your support and had no response.
I have submitted a coin to be integrated on your trading platform and haven't seen any reply...
And worst all my activities have been erased from your Zendesk support site.

I have used a lot of exchanges, and your surpasses all the bad aspects I've found so far in many of them by a negative remark.

Do you really have anyone working at your customers support or is it just ghostsHuhHuhHuh?

So I assume you do exactly the same to all the customers.

Please do something about your AWFUL and MISERABLE CUSTUMOR SUPPORT

What was the reason for removal of USD markets?  Huh
Were there some new regulations come out in Brazil?

I suspect that it was more due to the regulations being made in the US.
Esp. New York state, they went overboard and lots of companies are fleeing both the state and the country.

For more detailed info, google "bitlicense"

and you can take that comment 'to the 'bank' ...

you can almost guarantee ( i dont know how you would almost Tongue - but im sticking to it ) that the bitlicense has something to do with it ...

it means that anyone dealing with new york state - will have an issue ... and yes - almost everyone is going elsewhere - even changing countries of host ...

and i dont blame them ...
