Its not good that the OP is not here. Anyway I have used this exchange it works great. Not a favourite but it is one of the first I ever used so its trusted somewhat.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Maybe the OP is busying, so he don't active and not responsive. And you can make PM if there are problem with their service. Or you can make PM via their support on the website.

Exchange after issues with Bitcoin withdrawals, has been offline for several hours.

Now an 'unscheduled maintenance' page came up.

Let's see where it ends.

i hope it is not another cryptsy!!!!

i always keep the minimum on the exchages, but 2 days ago i decided to make a bigger transaction and transfer more  coins. I had 172000 doge and 2 days later this i guess i had a bad timing.

Another one to add to the list

Site is back online. I can't login because the email with the verification code won't arrive, but: I was able to successfully withdraw my bitcoin using the API.

So, the rumours of a hack appear to be unfounded.

Hack or no hack, I haven't been able to log in for a month now, haven't been able to contact them and they in turn have not posted any notice of their disruption (if that's what it is).

Take Note: Look into your junk folder for the verification code - this is where mine goes.

I sent them a support ticket to recommend improvements:

Firstly, attention to detail:
help > bleutrade share >

errors : "Jun 24" should be "June 24"; "Jul" should be "July 24" & "Ago 24" should be "August 24" (always ensure uniformity and correct spelling)
Missing Info: "REGISTERED USERS"; "E-MAIL VERIFIED ACCOUNTS" & "LOYAL USERS" (complete & updated info always looks professional)

Secondly, Keep users informed:
Update & Respond to requests on Bitcointalk - there is now a reputation thread as well.

Bleutrade Team (Bleutrade) replied to my support ticket regarding improvements - within 1 week Smiley

This was their reply:
 
Hello dear user, how are you? we receive your suggestions.

About the missing data "REGISTERED USERS", "E-MAIL VERIFIED ACCOUNTS" & "LOYAL USERS":
The current data are not precise which only makes the volume as credible information.

About bitcointalk: Unfortunately all Bleutrade accounts was blocked from bitcointalk months ago, for this reason we are not there and there are no plans to return to bitcointalk.
If a user needs support should open a ticket.

About bots:
Bots do trade like the people (just are faster), there are in all exchanges, and thanks to them we are still online.

Unfortunately it is not possible to meet the expectations of all users.

We will continue moving forward in our own pace.

Just tried again and no code!

And there is no mechanism to contact them via an online support function.

As to the owners refusing to come to BCT to address scam accusations, that seems to me at least to confirm their scam behavior.

The exchange site is different from the support site.

Support site (https://bleutrade.zendesk.com)
:

When logging a support ticket you don't need a confirmation/security code: Email + Password only.

Before login if forgot password you can get your password here - see bottom of logon page (just need email address)
Click: "Forgot my password" or
Click: "Have you emailed us? Get a password" (If you've communicated with our support staff through email previously, you're already registered. You probably don't have a password yet, though.)

Once logged in you can edit your support profile:
To edit profile: User Name > Edit My Profile > Edit Profile

Note: In my case my exchange logon password did not work in the support logon screen (I had to reset it here) - I also use Google+ to logon (you can also use Twitter / Facebook).

Exchange site (https://bleutrade.com):

When logging on to exchange you need a confirmation code: Email + Password + confirmation/security code (sent to your email).

Before login if forgot password you can get your password here - see bottom of logon page (just need email address)
Click: "Forgot my password?"

Once logged in you can edit your exchange profile:
To edit profile:  User Name (Bleutrade Member Area) > Settings > Edit Profile

Hope this clarifies.
