1 user, using 25+ accounts.

Someone who is obviously quite smart and articulate but is most likely socially inept, isolated and uses this place to get a rise out of people because he/she is incapable doing so in real life.

I've gone for 5-9, obviously they'll all be the same person/thing.
It might be the next rung up but I settled on 5-9.
This thread should be a good laugh to follow if the mods allow it to stay up.
Bet 'it' was absolutely devastated when 'its' main account got banned a while back.
Now all of 'its' socks get banned within 4 or 5 posts.

There'll need to be some eagle eyes to keep a count as they're primed to be deleted. I think there are more meaningful things to do with one's life.

True.  Best case scenario is that they see this thread and are trolly-enough to prove our votes wrong by not posting this week Smiley

...in which case I hope they are not sand people:

5-9

It makes no difference, in fact the best case scenario is that such pessimism causes a short term drop in price allowing us to buy some coin at a discount.  However I seriously doubt that such articles have any real impact on the price of bitcoin or on the sentiment of the community as a whole.

This person has been an amateur troll years ago and figured that was their lot in life so they honed their skills day in and day out for probably a decade. When someone practices at something they're bound to improve their capabilities which is why it's puzzling why they don't put the same effort into their social skills. What a sad life.

what is the chance that they are creating this thread to see if we underestimate them? on another note i think it is just that legendary guy who keep writing the same crap about the crash, he is firmly convinced of this

0%, but I can't prove it Smiley

on another note i think it is just that legendary guy who keep writing the same crap about the crash, he is firmly convinced of this

You'd think he'd own it and post with his own account if he REALLY believed that, though.  Now if it actually does crash, all those "newb posters" were right instead of him.  If it is one user, he must at least know on a subconscious level that all he's spouting is just a bunch of honk.

There is a new thread that's just been started to add to the list. It's called "Bitcoin can only drop from here", and started by a fresh newbie account with no previous posts showing.

Well people buy a shit ton of accounts and their arguments to go up. Got access to, or paid whatever.

Then hoping to get their price small change on bitcoin, may or may not work unless you tested it yourself. But, I would think any of these areas time can be used for something else.

That was posted a few hours before this one, so we are still clean for the week.

Granted the entire forum was down for the majority of it, but even 2-3 days without a newbdoom post might be a modern-day record.

A thing which I notice is that all the posts are basically worthless, in the sense that it is just a blatant accusation without any solid facts to back it up. At least if you troll or with the intention to create fud, the least that they can do is to try doing some research and fact searching to make it more convincing.
