Indeed, check his feedback page on Localbitcoins.com: <https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/Geeney/feedback/>. "Geeney" (and hence his service at
www.bitcart.io) may have been legit at one time but it seems now he is a selective scammer at the best. So far he has scammed 14 people on LocalBitcoins from the looks of his negative review count. Admittedly that's a small percent of his transactions, which is why I took a chance on him, but the point is he is selectively scamming. I have reported him to Interpol, but who knows how long it will take them to investigate given the relatively small amount of money being dealt with here. Also reported him to Amazon, and they already have him under investigation with assets frozen anyway, according to him.
Below is my scam report on him:
What happened:: Graham ("Geeney" on LBC) sent me a $500 Amazon gift card. It loaded fine, but then 3 days later, Amazon emailed me saying the card was invalid and they couldn't give me further information. I told Graham this and he apologized, saying he bought the card from someone with good feedback. Then he offered to give me HALF my BTC back as compensation. I was a bit upset at that, since I don't think I should have to take a hit for his business not being 100% profitable (no business is always profitable, that's why you save up). He finally agreed to give me all the money back but then stopped talking to me until I threatened to contact authorities (which now has been done). At that point he called me a scammer, like the idiot that he obviously is. He will learn his lesson sooner or later.
Note to Graham if you are reading this: It is not beneficial to harm others. If you are having trouble sleeping at night, now you know why.

Makes not much sense to say I'm the scammer since you got hard money from me and I got a fraudulent gift card in exchange plus 2 weeks of basically no communication from you. Anyway yes you can not contact me after I give you neg feedback which will happen in a second. If you go to jail (and even if you manage to flee) please take the time to contemplate what you have done: this money was to be used to buy herbal supplements for my friend Patrick's cousin in Gabon who is dying of Hep. B. If he dies due to the delay caused by your scamming, you will have that karma on your hands. Is it worth hurting others so that you can enjoy some fleeting pleasures? Be honest with yourself.

meaninglessness: Ok well this is I think the best I can get for you. I can't find anywhere where it shows "your" gift card and that yours has a zero balance. Maybe you can help me find where that would be. All I can find is this showing I have a zero balance and my last transactions. As you can see my transactions were prior to getting the gift card from you, so it shows I didn't just use the gift card up. But still it doesn't prove I didn't use the card on another account. I have no idea how to prove that to you.... unless I email Amazon and get them to maybe provide me with the gift card ID that was fraudulent, but I don't even know if they would.

I understand that you and I both didn't get what we wanted, but I don't think that a 50% refund is acceptable. Not just because I'm anal, but you are the vendor and you are the one making profit on a daily basis, so you should be able to handle a small percentage of fraud. If I were buying these from you daily and 1 out of a hundred were bad, then I'd take your offer of half refunded, or I wouldn't even care about it perhaps. But I bought just one from you and now not only did I get nothing but my Amazon account is in danger of being banned if I give them one more bad card.
