What it is now. Have bought it since.
When used to gamble, you lose it doesn't phase you as much because it isn't finite like fiat is. Meaning it can be up one day and go straight down the next in a heartbeat.

Yes, I remember, When I came to know about BTC few months before, that time the price was similar to current days. So I haven't seen yet any overwhelming currency value as it was once during the year 2013 to the whooping value of $1200.

When I first heard of bitcoin, I think it was selling for about $60, and there was some noise about people calling it a bubble at that, and the price was likely to crash. I didn't buy any.

$2 or so, i just barely made it in time for the Radeon 5830 paying for itself in 2 1/2 days event
oh god... if only i had the time back then. i was too lazy to get into bitcoin and i will always blame myself for not getting involved and get mining. i could have earned a good sum of money.
In all reality, the user base of bitcoin is still laughably low compared to it's potential. Anyone in on the game right now is an early adopter in the longer run.

I remember those Radeon 5830 cards on sale for $99 on Newegg. Each card mined about 3.0 BTC a day around April or May 2011. This was equivalent to the newer Radeon 6870's that were retailing for twice the price. They were quickly snapped up by miners. I was lucky to get 8 cards which got me started into the mining hobby.

I'm willing to bet she was offered Linden Dollars instead and got her currencies mixed up. She said the offer was in early 2009. I don't think Satoshi ever expressed much interest in her music.
