I'm willing to bet she was offered Linden Dollars instead and got her currencies mixed up. She said the offer was in early 2009. I don't think Satoshi ever expressed much interest in her music.
she would have sold it anyway after the first crash or she would have lost the bitcoin by not taking them seriously

I have been following BTC since it was sub $50. I was kicking myself in the foot as I saw it appreciate, and I finally pulled the trigger at $200

In the $10-$20 range in late 2011.

At the time it was a lot harder to buy it. I hadn't found this place yet and there wasn't much media or news elsewhere except for the occasional article identifying that exists and referring to it in very simple terms. Then I checked the price about a year later and it was at $100 to $120...

It's crazy to look at what could have happened. Fun to talk about but don't go crazy obsessing about what could have happened. Focus on what still can.

If it makes you feel any better, I purchased like 7 btc then sold it all after about a $40 profit and smoked it.

very unfortunate, if you had to spend only $80 by buying for $ 4 you get 40btc and sell when the price of $ 1,000, you will get rich quick bro!!

Hello, people! Grin

Do you remember price of Bitcoin when you heard about BTC at first in your life?

Sure that I remember. I remember because it was the time when I bought my first bitcoins. It was about 40-45 us dollar one bitcoin. I bought about three if I remember right because I wanted to joined a site which accepted only bitcoin as a currency.

Hello, people! Grin

Do you remember price of Bitcoin when you heard about BTC at first in your life?

Yes. Remember very well. I heard for the first time about bitcoin when its price was 120-130 us dollar one bitcoin. I heard even that the price will go high and bought some of those. Then the price goes down (40-50 us dollar) and I was disappointed. But then come the time of bubble (1200 us dollar) and me was again proud of my choice. Then again the fall and here we are.
