Yea you're right it happens all the time with me but I can't stop, gambling encourages greed, it encourages materialism and discontent, it encourages "get rich quick" kind of thinking, it encourages reckless and wasteful investment.

Yeah this get rich quick and get poor quicker is the best statement that you can get from gambling but you can stop it by controlling yourselves not thinking about it and doing other thing that can distract your mind to think you want to gamble again and again

Was greedy yesterday and lost some Bitcoins and its all because I thought I'm going to win. I was hesitant to click the button at first on secondstrade site but then i go ahead thinking i could double my winnings.  I guess you can only determine how greedy are you when you count  how often you lose when you thought of wining more and end up losing.

I would say that I am not greedy at all. Money isn't everything in life. If I do gamble I play with a certain amount of money, if I lose that amount I stop playing after that.

It is really bad if there will be people that is addicted to gambling and that is because you can lose a lot of money with gambling and some people are even poor because of gambling.

Wanted to know how greedy people actually are , I'am personally not into gambling with the real meaning to be honest
however I see a lot of my friends says "im stupid" and stuff like that , because they start earning a lot on the begining then they get greedy and lose basically all , does it happen to you ?

Gambling should be done for fun and exitement with the option to win some money while knowing that the odds are against you.
People who gamble should always be aware that what they're doing isn't a long term money maker. Especially if they play games where it seems like you can realistically have odds(PvP games,sportsbetting) a large number of people seems to think that the odds are in their favor because they think they are such good players even though the average house edges are way higher than in games like dice and the number of people who win money in the long run is incredibly small.

in my opinion there are allot of people who want that everybody is happy but if you say that your greedy its more with gold. There are allot of people greedy with gold. Not with other things but gold is everything you know. Without gold bitcoins does not have a value.

greedy in gambling will never be profitable, always ending with a loss. it's nice you can limit your bankroll to gamble, and do not lose it all at one time.

Greed is always in my mind when it comes to the point in winning.  If the pot is big enough for, and thinking that winning will be more than enough than the loses to be, then that's the time that i will be more than greedy enough to keep on betting until such a time will hit the jackpot.  But in most cases I always have a premature wins ending my craving for another win, thus making the win and the loses as just fair enough to stop and try some other time again.,

Yes chief i agree on this ,i am also greedy when i am winning i don't have set limits on winning and on loosing until i reached the end that i am loosing all my money ,when grediness attacks on my mind i have no control (mental block?) .i don't even recognize advices of my friends.

AFAIK, greedy can be control and only be control by yourself. Your family environment also support this since if there is no support from your family to stop gamble, it will difficult to stop it.
Luckily I can control my greed so when I face loss, I try to stop gamble for a moment until I ready to gamble again !

I think greed is the wrong word to use here. The correct word would be foolishness, because people are so foolish that they blow all their cash on gambling and stupid investments.

Yes you are right about that, and you choose good word " we are so foolish ". We always think that our moment came, and we try to push our luck a bit more and that is moment when we are losing all our cash in gambling. Stupid investments are totally different thing.

If I can make any conclusion after all this comments that I saw, we are all greedy. Or at least have it in us, but its something that we can learn to forget and to keep playing with patience and self control.

Gambling is game of nerve`s, so don't get nervous and don't fly. Most important is to have a cool head. I`m still learning and I`m catching my self in that " greedy " feelings, to wish more.. but I`m learning to STOP. And its going good for now.

Yeah your right if theres no risk no profit.. so if you want to gain in safe gambling is not the best place. .
Better to go work hard with bitcoin to ger more bitcoin offering your services in services section..

Most of the big stake gamblers are greedy. For me, I am not gambling at all, only with faucets that are given from the gambling sites, such as on Primedice.com and others. I wont gamble ever, because it's always smarter and better to invest money rather than risking to lose them for fun. I never gambled with more than 1000 satoshi which I got from a primedice faucet.

So yeah, I do not think I'm greedy at all.
