Why don't you just buy the hash on Nicehash / Westhash?  Your price of 25 LTC per Gh/s per 24 hours is about .18 to .189 BTC -- which is a little low so it most likely it will not guarantee you continuous hash especially when wanting 8Gh/s or 16Gh/s -- but you'll get some of it -- and it will just take longer to get it all.

They easily have 35 GH/s to 45 Gh/s (Scrypt) at your disposal.

I'm pretty happy about miningrigrentals myself. If you pick a seller with a good rating, he'll most likely provide you with the necassary power... Also, if they try to rip you off, i think miningrigrentals refunds your money...

You can use miningrigrental minsty or other site where you can rent ghs

I would recommend miningrigrentals when looking to mine, I had issues a couple of times with rigs and the support team refunded my btc very quickly.  Most of the time it is a smooth service from start to finish.
