It is a little concerning that Baitty was requesting a 1.6BTC loan last week:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1070277.msg11457990#msg11457990

At which time, most people stated it was too much and that they would be lucky to get a .5 or .6 loan.... after a few replies like this, Baitty stated she no longer needed the loan, and now a .5BTC request about a week later.... from a user who appears to have been on a signature campaign.

Signature verification is necessary, and I would *HOPE* nobody actually loaned the coins out without some type verification.
Better safe than sorry  Grin

maybe he can request a loan, accept in private, and then sell public the account…
or he need only money now and this is the only way to get quickly.

Just to clear things up - I was actually messaged first by the lender on June 05, 2015, 01:19:06 PM, forum time, with the full loan details, and the borrower's confirmation shortly after.  I was not able to aid them with my services as quickly as usual due to an IRL personal emergency.

Hope everything is cleared up now!
Cheers

Dude probably has a ton of accounts from the db leak. I suspect he'll just chunk deuce on this one and move onto the next with another loan request. Too bad MZ's sig verification request was completely ignored.

Did lihuajkl and/or monbux happen to get a signed message before the loan was funded and/or before the account was taken over?

No.  In fact, the lender seemed to be in a rush for me to change the account details and get the loan started (which was partially my fault as for I delayed for many days due to the personal emergency).

I'm not even sure if the lender has sent the actual funds yet.  I've messaged him/her - he/she should have been well aware of this situation...  In fact, when I messaged him/her I would change the account credentials, the account already had negative trust on it.

I haven't sent a loan out yet! Thanks for your guy's attention! I should have asked him sign a message earlier on! So what we should do now is to wait the true owner to sign the message from the old address to claim back his accocunt!

edit: Thanks to Monbux, he pmed me to stop giving out this loan and direct me to this thread!
