Or through Escrow :
Agree to rate > I fund Escrow > Send PP transfer > Wait for me to withdraw TO BANK > Take your BTC from Escrow.

Rates will be Preev + 10% + any pp fees. I'll cover Escrow fees. Escrow probably from Ognasty or Dev.
