Usually neotox posts that the posts and signatures have been checked and payment details sent off so people can then remove signatures if they wish.

Why don't they just let Neotox send the payments and you keep hold of the 2btc as a bond? No need for these delays really and this is the problem what happens when you have too many people involved in a signature campaign.

It has more to do with Bitstarz than anything else. If monbux was slated to do the payments then there would not have been any issue.

Why do the payments need to go to bitstarz to be processed? Seems like adding a third wheel and one that causes significant delays. Either trust neotox with the money or have monbox do the payouts. At the moment what does neotox do apart from accept members into the campaign at the beginning of the month? Keep the 2btc with monbox in escrow and let neotox handle the payments if he can send them out on time when they should and things will move a lot more swifter.
