It's a shame for those involved but there has been so much talk about them being a scam and so much pressure against them that maybe this is the time they show their true colours who knows, it did seem like a good campaign but I did not join as I did not have too much confidence in them paying out, I don't think he escrewed the funds which was a stopping point for me.

Is cloudthink still open? I just went to sign up but after looking at the most recent comments it appears its participants are not being paid out.

cloudthink doesn't seems like the most reliable site around, I think they can stop the pays at any moment, even if they pay this time

It seams that they are not paying and that the campaign is closed. The user in charge wasn't online since June 30, and there's a bunch of people that
are not paid. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1084422.220

This should be removed to avoid confusion and new users from adding the avatar for free.

cheers

Since Cloudthink seems to be out of the picture now are there any other decent avatar campaigns? I looked earlier and the best open one I found was just .01 a week, which isn't really that signficant of an amount.

I see a lot of people using the cryptovpn avatar, but where in the post mentions avatar campaign information? The only thing I see are signatures? Is there any place that details the payouts and requirements for the campaign? Thanks.

Dadice Avatar camapign is also closed, You can remove it from the List. Here is the Manager Reply

Hi,

This is an official announcement.  Cool

Da Dice has been brutally attacked by some logically nutty reputed members from here (these guys virtually attack everything they "think" suspicious. Word is that they store their cents buried in chests underground and worse, esp. after Greece. Can't trust these banks, you see?) and some ambitious members and some who hate everything related to Da Dice for some yet unidentified reason. The management is tired of all this, and has decided to withdraw from the forum and in effect all campaigns have been closed.

You will be paid for posts till now, and you are free to remove our signatures and avatars. (If escrow balance falls short, they will be refilled by Steve, our undisputedly awesome Da Dice admin.)

Cheers and sorry Sad
