Hm.. this is weird strange. How does your IDs work? Do they show your actual age or +1 ?
In other words, the first year of life is counted as one instead of zero, so that a person is two years old in their First year, three years old in their second, and so on.[1][2] Since age is incremented on the beginning of solar term rather than on a birthday, people may be one or two years older in Asian reckoning than in the Western system.

IDs dont show an age, they show the date when you are born like everywhere in the world. but lets not hold this discussion here, this topic is about the video |

When I asked about the IDs I meant does your Govt. follow this system as well and if they do, does it mean you guys get adult status one year before?

Im not korean and not sure about that but im sure you can find it on the internet if you really want to know it thanks a lot and good luck with it I just sent 0.19 btc to devthedev as escrow (he can confirm this), tomorrow I'll send him the remaining part, currently this is all I have available |
