It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I buy steam stuff with bitcoins. Many sellers sell CSGO and TF2 keys as well as other steam games and items at a discount if you trade in bitcoins for them.

Sometimes, and just sometimes when I get bored and I have some leftover coins I entertain myself going on Primedice and have a go at dice. But i don't do that often.

Oh wow that's really nice, I didn't know steam accepted bitcoins. I might try out to buy something from steam tonight.

Will I use bitcoin to hold it and wait for increase.
The other part is to invest it and money transfer, so that I can give to my family and this way is more cheaper.

Invest in a money transfer? Is that possible?

I think you should hold it. I see a lot buyers now. more demand more possibilities it will get real high. But if it is really an emergency you should send it.

I will be difficult to hold them (at least for me) since you will always have the temptation of spending your Bitcoin on stuff that you really want. But, if you hold your BTC it will be worth a while since a lot of investors/companies are getting in (and also block halving is coming) which would make a very positive effect in price. Once in a while I use some of my BTC to spend it on physical crypto currencies as I love to collect them.  Cheesy

Yeah, using bitcoins for money transfers is the best thing to do, As I also use my bitcoins mainly for online transfers as it is very fast cheap and with low transaction costs and the transactions are instant, as the country I belong to hardly one knows about bitcoins so buying physical goods using bitcoins is not possible for me, As I haven't purchased a single product by using bitcoins as a mode of payment, generally using for converting to fiat or online transfers.

At the moment I just use bitcoin as a savings method. It's my responsibility to keep it safe and I don't have to depend on any bank or corporate operation to have access to my bitcoins.

so many people who consider bitcoin as a fast alternative payment secure and low cost, tp when viewing the poll above, I am not sure they fully support bitcoin as a global currency, because they prefer to use it as Speculation / Investment / Saving.

Yeah and what is more greater than your money moving up daily not like those government or private banks that just makes you profit for a year or half a year. I would also rather put my money here than those money eating people.

Yeah trading bitcoins is a fun as it gives me a quick profits and rather then trading I use it for gambling, online purchases and online transfers, and the best thing about bitcoins is I don't need to use my credit cards for buying products online and I don't need to visit any bank or WU for online transfers, I can do it by just a simple mouse click with least time and with least transaction costs.

How is your budget becoming bigger ? How do you accumulate bitcoins ?

I was wondering today about what bitcoiners use bitcoins for and what are the growing use, those are two important questions

I am using my Bitcoins exclusively for online shopping and paying for services. I don't like to do trading or any kind of investment with it right now as the price is very unstable and I don't have the time to follow markets and trends. I will wait and see what will happen after the Halving and if the price starts to pick up I may decide to hold it long-term.

I am using Bitcoin for a lot of things every day. My top of the list case is online shopping - I purchase things all the time with Bitcoins and then comes buying of PC games mostly on Steam. I also spend coins on web services like different subscriptions and have done a lot of money transfers to friends. And finally comes gambling I am wasting a lot of coins on that too  Grin Well in a nutshell Bitcoin helps me a lot in my life so I am grateful for it. I should have just written I cover like half of the poll  Wink
