my OKCash is safe on staisybit???
Maybe safe, just did not stake for a long time. My question about why has been ignored and is still waiting for an answer. "We plan to be back online in EXPIRED!" may tell you the rest. wait and keep calm... not every engine will start with the first ignition! You have waited now so long...now you can wait still the few hours, till staisybit is back and online with great new features... Steve

Yes it is, sorry, This is what Alberto sayd to me and it didb't happen. But i rely on his word. I can do some communikation für him. I am used to keep supporters up to date and hope we will be able to implement some better habits very soon. Anyway i know he is done programming and is deploying atm.. i assume its just about his way to evaluate the effort and timeframe. iand we will be online very soon (no i will not say today, but to be honest, that is what I hope) regards Matthias .

I think at this stage Staisybit should offer to refund / return the coins being held for anyone who wants that. I would like my ERC to be returned to me ASAP and I have PMd Staisybit.

It is April 2nd now and Staisybit is still offline. I just hope that my XMG that were staking there are safe, otherwise I will regret myself by ever using an "Cloud Staking Wallet" There were some news that Staisybit was going to relaunch. I just hope that it keeps that way. Fingers crossed.

I had Staisybit on eye since this thread started but didn't made a post at that time. On 23th March, I saw that Staisybit was undergoing in a planned maintenance and it is still not up (timer expires as you can see on the page). The author of this thread is since 28th March not online and didn't left so far a statement.
I'm not sure why it is needed to take the website under maintenance. Is it not better to have a develope server while the main site can run standardly?

Hi Steve, Staisybit needs to make some kind of communications commitment and post here with updates regularly. Say make a post every 3 days or something like that... Even if to be honest and say there are some serious problems. IMO IF that is the case, could the old site be put back up till it is fixed? MikeMike

staisybit store user coins each day users have no access to their own coins is very bad promotion i trust the people behind staisybit to have no bad goals but silence is not the right way u need to keep userbase informed and update that regulary at least every 3 days a update is needed we should also see improvements too last time there was not even a maintenance page and just server unreachable things can go wrong and need more time but still the 5 min every 3 days to update status must be reserved

Users should be allowed to remove their coins, everyone is starting to get nervous as the users coins are hostage at this point with no updates and support.

This is getting embarrassing. Users showing more patience and maturity than the service provider, based on... hmmm... the trust that one individual inspired by reviving a coin and supporting a nice idea/service and being almost religiously positive about those even to the point of guaranteeing with his good name and his personal asset(s) (yes, Matthias, that's you)... At this moment I feel disrespected... and I'm beginning to return to the old wisdom of "trust no one".

Have a look at staisybit.com. New Frontend! Now we all see a light Steve light is to see our coins for now we see still the tunnel A step in the right direction but am astonished of the utter lack of concern for the customers concerns as well as proper customer service. Hope you bring these up to the par with the new features you are releasing. MM

Uncertainty and lack of communication is not a good thing. Since users have no control of their coins, there will be massive withdrawals, from Staisybit if it ever becomes operational again.

I wouldn't doubt it. I could however give them another chance if they make an honest attempt at prompt regular updates even if they are, they will need more time. MM
