The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

we are on http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bloodcoin/

thank you for all the help, especially to pools

about uses, first I though of charity activity
is there any bitcoin/altcoin accepting real charity which you can trust not to steal ?
i have found red cross in bitpay. but i don't know if they are trustworthy. and i am not a great believer in crosses (sorry if offended anyone).

try not to keep too many coins in exchange. until the network is stable for days. and also avoid being "goxed"
happy no fork tonight and i could sleep Smiley

block 6661 now, low difficulty, first reward halving is not too far

not hashing, folding and curing (check FLDC merged-folding! reuse good GPUs)

We can see your activity. But I would like to see what are your plans for the future. If the community will see your plans, it will be happy to help.

I am only technological so making nice shiny graphics for a roadmap is difficult for me

first of all i am happy the network is now stable around 2GH/s !!
this is a very good achievement and i wish more miners will try, while block reward is big

for all that i write, it will need to be community effort, and not depend on one person or a 'team'

my short term plan is:

1. updating the code and fix anything that is needed
2. more exposure for the coin (not much up to me - i am not so social usually:)), need more miners and a better distribution
3. get to more exchanges
4. increase the network hashrate and stability
5. update to 0.9 branch
6. mobile/web/sms wallets
7. keep using the premine and donations as bounties for developers, designers, promotion

for the long term plan I wish to create a crowd-funding style platform
for supporting charity related projects

bloodcoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1091421.0

Code Quality Grade: A
This coin has pretty much perfect code quality, no apparent network problems and the only issues, if any, are minor nitpicks.

Heritage: quark v0.8.3.1ish, shark (dev proclaimed)

Problems:

* NOTE: Sync checkpoint system is implemented, but the public key (strMainPubKey) has not been changed from quark's key
** This would be a security problems with a PoS coin, but with PoW coins, the PoW security is strong enough to make this optional.
* MINOR: Gensis seed is not a recent news event
** This could allow for a perfectly-hidden premine to be mined on the blockchain before launch
** NOTE: There is no indication that there actually is a perfectly-hidden premine, only indicating such a thing is possible
* MINOR: There is actually an additional premine of 90,112 from 12 additional blocks in addition to the diclosed 2,500,000. This is probably just an oversight and pretty insignificant compared to the disclosed premine.

Notes:

Coins minted per day is 35,389,440.. So the premine is less than a quarter of a day of mining.
It will be about 0.2% of the total coin supply after 1 month of mining

This isn't a protocol security problem, but is a bad default configuration: (automatically written out by the wallet if no conf file found)

   listen=1
   server=1
   gen=0
   daemon=1
   rpcuser=u
   rpcpassword=passwd
   rpcport=5009
   rpcallowip=*
   paytxfee=0.01
   addnode=nd000.bloodcoin.cc
   addnode=nd001.bloodcoin.cc
   addnode=nd002.bloodcoin.cc

This should be changed at least to `rpcallowip=127.0.0.1`... And in general it's not a good idea to have a preset username/password for RPC access.

good, has some checkpoints

Watermarks: uint64, pow, synccheckpoints, quark-like
