Programming idea for you

I had a great idea for a gambling game. it is very new and hasn't been done before. I actually have a couple ideas, all are slightly similar and you will obviously be able to choose which one you want me to develop.

It will be a casino game and I will have accounts, balancing, deposit, withdraw, provably fair, all that.

I want to build it to the buyer's exact specifications. Also I want there to be a guaranteed buyer, so that I don't spend all this time on nothing.
