Modlog doesn't go that far back. The PG account has been temp banned in the past but I don't think it's permanently banned. PG should post from it or at least log in but if he had it back in his possession he likely would have already.

BurtW still does have control of it and he would be paid off first via escrow, whereupon I would get the balance. You could even use BurtW as escrow, whereupon he would pay me off.

Another option to strongly consider would be using jbreher for escrow whereupon he would/may hand-deliver cash (or BTC) to BurtW to assure no LEOs decide to become middlemen.

What if I threw in all my user accounts including this one? Hell, even Jeff Ownby or Josh Zerlan may come out of the woods, creating a new account so that they can buy them for the purpose of deleting some posts.

Well of course more accounts = more value. Surely you want to keep one though? I'd try sell the PG one to recover the amount for the loan and keep the one you're using now as you've built another identity with that. Still don't think you'd get much more than a few bitcoins for it though.
