I'm hoping for bitcoin not to go below $400. If bitcoin would just end on a stable $400, I would be really happy with the progress bitcoin has made so far.
If bitcoin keeps going down since it has been going down around Christmas, then it could also be seen as a good thing, a lot of people would be able to buy bitcoin more.

I have no doubt that bitcoin will continue rising in price, although it is very important to be patient for the next months, when btc will be stable in the current range (400-500), even I could wait for a lower $350.

When this thread was started that time situation was not clear and were many unseen doubts and uncertainties about the future of Bitcoin and its price.Now we have reached far away from those bad times.We should look forward for just upward trends after short accumulations time to time.No more going downs just up and up from now.

Hi guys, I'm recently wondering all this work and investments we do with bitcoin, and 2015 hasn't been a very pleasant year for btc. Do y'all think that bitcoin will keep going up or drop to what it once has in 2009? Just imagine one day bitcoin drops 200 dollars, that will probably give all of us depression. Advice and predictions please

Bitcoin is definitely going up. One of the reason is the bitcoin halving at mid year. We can still see tree shaking but the question here is the price range that it will play. The trend is starting now until CN New Year.

Let's see how the next days will look like. Chinese stock exchange has been closed well ahead of time twice this week due to it's strong decline. So it looks like we will continue going up.Just today a nice pump of +5%.

If this keeps on happening next week as well then next week should be a good week for bitcoin as well.

I don't mind seeing a slow rise within bitcoin, I'm confident that bitcoin will reach a new ATh sooner or later.

Bitcoin is definitely going up. One of the reason is the bitcoin halving at mid year. We can still see tree shaking but the question here is the price range that it will play. The trend is starting now until CN New Year.

I think this recent pump upto 450 that we are seeing is actually only pump and chinese moving money from their country. So we are still about to see actual steady rise of price due to halving effect. May be near 1k will be halving price.

I think the price will definitely maintain the $400 level. It's simply too strong to see anything under $400. If a whale really wants to dump it sub $400, then he surely can, but there is no reason for that person to do so.

This is how fast times are changing. When you wrote this post in June 2015, the price was really to get depressed.
To the end of 2015 the price increased to 430€, what was an increase of more than 140% within 6 months.

when seen from the statistics now, I guess bitcoin prices will increase, perhaps for the price can not be ascertained, probably will go to $ 500 or not
