Can it be used to send funds to my friend with it after topping up in my Paypal or is it very complicated, would like to know your inputs on this, mainly from people who have tried it. Thank you.

it look something like a faster way to use your paypal funds than debit/ credit card, and do not require a bank account, but it just appear to be an easy way to refill your paypal account, you can't send money directly from it to another paypal account

so what is the point of it if you can load money in paypal but cant send the funds to anyone?

it appear to be used much faster than a regular payload to paypal, basically it is like cash that can be send directly to your paypal account, if i understood it correctly

It is something you buy at stores like CVS and then you load the funds into your PayPal account. They are not designed to be traded, although it is not uncommon for them to be traded frequently. They are also suppose to be paid for with cash although some people appear to have figured out a way to get around that.

Paypal is very easy for using. If your Paypal is verified you can easy send money to your friend. You need to insert your card to your Paypal account. You can send money to almost anyone with an email address. You need to know PayPal email  addressee of your friend. Insert email address on your friend and how much money you want to send and the money will be received to your friend. Wink
