In my experience, it's easier to build a pool where you're the only miner. This is pretty easy to do. I'm biased, or frustrated, as I have never once been able to mine directly to ANY wallet. Probably my own fault, but that's not relevant. If you want to do so, I'll assist.

Looks like this address is a sort of lost wallet, it's not staking and not moving at all. I think it belongs to now defunct exchange rockytrade.net (not sure though).

There is no upper limit.
V inflation is well controlled - there is 200 V max reward cap.

60% POS rate was started from the block 536699 (2015-06-17), total moneysupply was 337615843 V.
Today's moneysupply is 364690870 V (block 882095, 2015-11-21).

So for 5 months period inflation was only about 8% which should led to about 20%-25%/year.
