please add some proofs in the original Post.

The transaction was done at 24th. It's not a new transaction. He didn't add any miners fee. So it will take time for getting confirmations. Might even take more than 1 week.

He should have added some fees of 4 cents or 0.0002btc.

and I next day like the "Good Samaritan", resend him new 0.03 btc, with risk, only with him promise that after he receive "old" btc he will paid me $8.4 or resend back .

Nothing buddy, I just asked for the bitcoins I ordered 4 days ago urgently.

I don't see a reason to wait 4 days or even more. It's ridiculous for 2 cents to do that.

Zazarb did send you 0.03 btc the next day which you already spent it. So why are you still calling him a scammer?

Not adding a transaction fee was an honest mistake by him as he didn't know about it (according to the thread he created).

Any other orders have been proceed successfully with him, but this one is with problems and I told him I want it urgently.
