About income I don't want to comment. It is up to you to make it. How good at it you can be it cannot be told, as I know for myself, but that does not means that you can or cannot do the same or better. Income is up to you, it's not something that is done automatic.

It would be better if you disclose your income to the site, it is one of the important info to know if you are buying a website.

Yes, but I am not selling a website, only a domain name.
Meaning: You can make a different type of website, so you can gain or lose visitors.
Also, you don't have to use Google ads as I did - you might want some others, so again - it's not the same.
And the thing is how good you are with SEO, as it is one of the keys to success.
For exaple, I have a few even more popular domain names, old and with very good Page Rank (even it is now canceled by Google) - and they have some visitors, no matter which content a website is, but if I manage good with SEO and ads I can make a profit - but if not, then I will have some minimum just to renew a domain name.

So the only way to keep the traffic a little bit would to try to copy your content. Which is illegal, so you need to create own content, which means google will reindex.

Why don't you simply sell the content and all with it? I don't see the domain having much value without the website.

Try search on any search engine by keywords and you'll see.
And you should know how hard is to make a domain to appear in search page one.
I've done good SEO work for it and thats why it is valuated like this.

When you really created the website and all then you should know that search engine positions only are worth something as long as the search engine finds the content she indexed. If you take that content away then all your search results will die fast. No more visitors. Some people park such a domain then until it got burned out but as long as you don't try to copy the indexed content you won't get the same visitors constantly.

Correct. Good SEO can make it. And - for example - if you change it to website that runs like (example) domain search or anything else about domain names, then there is no reason to lose visitors. As it is targeted to be domain related domain name, it can use almost anything related to domain names. And it will not lose visitors that easy if you make it good and continue with SEO, by updating it and promoting. As long as you stay active on it, domain will remain popular and visited. What else?

I wonder why you think so. Search engine visitors only come to your website because you have a specific link with specific content that is ranged high in search engine results. That's why you get the visitors.

If you change the url's or the content then the search engines don't find the old content and you lose the visitors. Of course the new content can rise again but first you will lose everything and it is not much different from starting with a new domain, once the search engines found there is a new website on it.

If you change content, you will need to update your SEO - it's logic.

If you change content to someting that is associated with (in this case) domain names, you'll not lose visitors most probably.
Depends how good website is, you can just gain more visitors.

I can sell complete website + domain + paid hosting, but then price would be higher, that's why I did not wanted to sell complete, as people might not wanna pay for complete "pack".
As, to sell website "as is" + paid hosting and domain name I would ask some extra BTC because hosting is paid, work has been done on script to work nice with database conneced with it.

So, yes I can sell it complete if interested in it, just price would be higher.

I would be interested in buying the complete site but I have to agree with peligro's statements. It is a bit misleading and counterproductive to only try to sell the domain name without the content when a good portion of the value comes from it's content/SEO. I personally don't think this domain on it's own is worth 0.5 BTC, especially if the content is forced to be ripped away from the site at that price point.

If you come up with a price for the full website, script, domain, etc. let me know. I may be interested.
