i have problem, i sent 3 times some btc to crowdsale address ( 1DFTbKDEhrsN8Ak4UyGuwkfvzf2ftHAnB2 ), 1th-0.0298; 2th-0.0038; 3th-0.0497. First two amounts was add to my balance but 3th (from yesterday) was not. But in blockchain all 3 transactions exist. Any idea why and what should i do? Pls help

EDIT: Ok, seems like the website didn't accept the last transaction for some reason. Don't worry though,  you're funds are safely stored in 1DFTbKDEhrsN8Ak4UyGuwkfvzf2ftHAnB2 and we are trying to contact the site admin to report the situation (he usually answers really fast).

Got an answer from crowdsale.io's admin. Some transactions might be taking a bit more because the service depends on blockchain.info and sometimes they are really slow. He said stuck transactions are usually resolved in a matter of hours.

    After 19 hours since first confirmation in blockchain.info (at the moment 96 confirmations) there is no funds on my crowdsale account ( 1DFTbKDEhrsN8Ak4UyGuwkfvzf2ftHAnB2 ).
 I wonder what will happen with that bitcoins if they did not manage fix this before "remaining coins will be burned".

Hey! Your BTC is safe and we are accounting for it. You will receive your HashPay normally.

This is happening because blockchain.info API is really slow. Crowdsale.io just tweeted about the problem (https://twitter.com/Crowdsale_io/status/618440222808911872).

The Crowdsale.io admin contacted blockchain.info about the problem, this was their answer:

The only problem is the coins not appearing in crowdsale.io. I repeat: your funds are safe and you will get HAP on your wallet when the ICO is over.

That actually makes a lot of sense. The Bitcoin network is seeing a lot more action than usual. Volume on BTC exchanges are up 3x and coins changing hands a lot due to the Greek situation. Glad you guys got to the bottom of it.

Wondering that myself. Also wondering what the plan is if these delays continue. If the transactions haven't processed properly when the ICO time expires will we lose our BTC sent and/or the HAP we attempted to purchase?
I know this is BTC issue and not a Hashpay issue but I am sure the community would benefit from hearing what the projects plan may be.
