Because if there 0 block reward for like the first 20k+ blocks then how is there already like 200 of these coins for sale on that altbitex where the ICO is supposed to be held? Also isn't the ICO supposed to be 8k coins so where did these like 200 iEURO come from?

There is only 8000 for sale and the ICO starts 7am est the 200 were test coins so we just left them on the exchange for anybody that wanted them.You will notice the ICO now consists of 7800 coins.
