How it could have "reborn", without even announcing the new coin parameters, attracting the old coin community and making a coin swap (if approved by community)..?

You mean you just created a Bitshares asset and named it "Cybercoin"? That's not a rebirth, that is an attempt at deceiving people. Who owns the whole supply of that new Bitshares "cybercoin"?  Wink
