I make a lottery-like game for Bitcoin. However, the lottery does not allow anyone to buy ticket. Instead, people can claim ticket every hour by entering captcha. The revenues is than shared to the five winners of each round. Each winner will get ~15 of our total revenues. So, Gambling section sound like a good idea to promote. However, since we dont allow people to buy ticket.. I dont think it is consider as gambling. Micro earning? Well, BitRevenues is set-up because I find that micro-earning (layman term: faucet) payout is too low. BitRevenues aim to give our more Bitcoin - the only downside is we pay less users (currently, five). So, I dont think it will look good in the micro-earning section.

Please point me to the right forum.

Games and Rounds would be the best fit as described.

You have mentioned clearly that it is sort of lottery like game, so obviously you can go and post it on Games and Rounds, and try also investor based games, hope it clears your doubt, if not you will get it as soon as you receive many replies from members, Best of Luck.
